Products Description of Sodium hyaluronateCAS#9067-32-7
Also known as sodium glycosaminoglycan, sodium hyaluronate is a physiologically active substance naturally present in the human body. It is a high-molecular-weight linear mucopolysaccharide made up of glucuronic acid and acetylated hexosamine disaccharide units, with a molecular weight of 1 million. It dissolves in water to form a viscous, elastic solution with physiological acidity and ionic strength. Its variable molecular form enables injection via a finer syringe. The non-inflammatory extract of sodium hyaluronate is called Healon. Dissolving 10mg of Healon in 1ml of physiological saline results in a viscosity 200,000 times higher than that of aqueous humor or physiological saline. Healon has a protein content below 0.5% and is a sterile, highly pure solution.

Product Application of Sodium hyaluronateCAS#9067-32-7
Due to its outstanding moisturizing, anti-aging, repair and lubricating properties, sodium hyaluronate is widely used in various fields:
Cosmetics and skincare: As a top moisturizing ingredient, it is widely used in facial creams, serums, masks and other skin care products, helping to relieve dryness and tightness, maintaining skin moisture and improving fine lines.
Medicine and clinical applications:
Orthopedics: Used for intra-articular injection for arthritis to lubricate joints, relieve pain and promote cartilage matrix synthesis.
Ophthalmology: As an artificial tear or surgical auxiliary medication, it is used to relieve eye dryness and protect corneal endothelium.
Wound healing: Participates in tissue remodeling, promoting the healing of fresh wounds and chronic ulcers.
Research fields: As a main component of extracellular matrix (ECM), it is used in research on cell signal transduction, tumor physiology (such as cell proliferation, migration, angiogenesis) and the development of tissue engineering scaffolds.
