Products Description of TriethylenetetramineCAS#112-24-3

Triethylenetetramine (TETA) is a pale yellow viscous liquid with strong alkalinity and moderate viscosity, emitting an ammonia-like odor. It is less volatile than diethylenetriamine, while sharing similar properties in other aspects. It dissolves readily in water and ethanol, and is slightly soluble in ether. Its aqueous solution exhibits strong alkalinity.
