Product Application of Sodium lignosulfonate CAS# 8061-51-6
It is mainly used as a cement water reducer, promoting the dispersion of cement particles to release encapsulated water, enhancing fluidity. This reduces mixing water consumption and saves cement. When incorporated into oil drilling mud formulations, it lowers mud viscosity and shear force to regulate drilling mud mobility. Meanwhile, it keeps inorganic mud particles and inorganic salt impurities in a stable suspended state in the drilling fluid, preventing mud flocculation. It also exhibits excellent salt resistance, calcium tolerance, and high-temperature stability.
Additionally, it can serve as a concrete water reducer, oil drilling mud dispersant, and find applications in printing and dyeing, among other fields.
